Available to full-time undergraduate students entering year 1 from high schools in Waterloo Region. The recipient must have a minimum 10 years residency in Waterloo Region and must demonstrate good academic achievement and participation in extracurricular activities at school or in the community.

The recipient must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant) or protected person; and a long-term resident of Ontario; with proven financial need.
