Residences and Meal Plans
Residence Price(s)
$11,775–$14,391 (includes room, communication fees and an All Access Meal Plan).
Note: Price is for 2022–2023.
Room Types
Our residences offer 2 types of rooms – traditional- or suite-style. The majority of our rooms for students entering first year are double traditional-style and are assigned as single-gender.
Traditional rooms consist of 1 or 2 beds in a room with shared washroom facilities, the majority of which are double rooms. A limited number of traditional-style rooms are in pods. The pods consist of doubles and singles, a washroom facility and a shared common area.
Our suite-style rooms consist of 4-person suites, either 2 doubles or 4 singles, with a shared common area, a washroom facility and food preparation area, including a fridge and microwave.
Students may request to share a gender-inclusive bedroom/pod/suite (including the common areas and bathroom facilities). If you choose this option, your room/pod/suitemates will be assigned through the matching of responses to the profile questions, regardless of which gender you, or they, identify.
