Residences and Meal Plans
Residence costs are based on building style and whether the room is single or double occupancy.
For 2020–2021, residence costs ranged from $6,089 to $8,327. These costs are subject to change for the 2022–2023 academic year. For more information, visit Brock's residence website.
Brock offers 6 individual residences in 3 styles: Traditional, Semi-suite and Townhouse.
Traditional-style and Semi-suite style residences have both single and double rooms grouped into communities of “houses” or “halls” of 40 to 60 students. Washroom facilities are shared.
Townhouse-style residences offer the convenience of on-campus living, with a more independent lifestyle. You will share a unit with 2, 3 or 4 other students and have the option to cook your own meals.
- All rooms in Quarry View Residence are singles.
- There is 1 double room and 3 single rooms in each Village Residence unit.
- Townhouse-style residences also feature a kitchen, living area and 2 bathrooms per house.
All residences are close to the main buildings on campus. Several rooms are designed to accommodate those with mobility devices.
Residence fees include utilities, local telephone and network connections.
We are happy to guarantee residence to all new students who attended a Canadian high school, full-time, in the preceding academic year, and to new students with no prior postsecondary experience, whose primary residence is outside of Canada. Brock must receive both your residence application and fee prior to June 1, 2022.
Students living in residence will purchase a meal plan, with meal plan options based on your assigned residence. Students living in Brock Suites or off campus may also purchase a full or voluntary meal plan. All-access meal plans, for residence students, will consists of three components — all-access, dining dollars and flex dollars. The all-access meal portion will provide unlimited dining options within our two Fresh Food Company eateries, while the dining and flex dollars components will allow for purchases at familiar brands like Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Pita Pit and Pizza Pizza.
All-access meal plans provide the ultimate campus dining value, flexibility and convenience. Dine in our two newly renovated all-you-care-to-eat campus Fresh Food Company dining halls in both DeCew and Lowenberger. You can enjoy unlimited meals either five days or seven days a week. A five-day all-access plan is valid Monday to Friday.
The 5-Day All-Access plan is available for $4,900, while the 7-Day All-Access plan costs $5,250. To learn more, visit the Dining Services - Meal Plans website.
