Cecil Houston Diaspora Scholarship Fund

The income from this fund will provide a number of awards to selected first year students. Consideration is given to students of Black African descent in recognition of the unique educational circumstances and scholarship needs of members of their communities. Eligible candidates must have a minimum entering average of 70%, must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents (includes those with Protected Persons status), meeting OSAP Ontario residency requirements, who demonstrate financial need.
