Cecil Houston Diaspora Scholarship Fund
University of Windsor
The income from this fund will provide a number of awards to selected first-year students. Consideration is given to students of Black African descent in recognition of the unique educational circumstances and scholarship needs of members of their communities.
Eligible candidates must have a minimum entering average of 70%, be Canadian citizens or permanent residents (landed immigrant, includes those with protected persons status), meet OSAP residency requirements and demonstrate financial need.
