Garantie de résidence

We do not guarantee residence for first-year students. When offering a space in residence, Toronto Met gives priority to first-year students traveling the furthest distance away from our campus.

You can complete a residence application form once you have an active Offer of Admission to Toronto Met. The first round of offers are made in mid-June. Offers continue to be made throughout the summer and school year until the waiting list is exhausted.

Acompte de réservation

A $50 application fee is required with your application.

Plan de repas

Meal plans have 2 components:

1. All-you-care-to-eat

Pitman Hall and the International Living/Learning Centre (ILC).

Meal plan dollars go towards unlimited access to eat as much or little as you like at Pitman Dining Hall or the ILC Dining Hall. Your Toronto Met OneCard grants you access to the Pitman and ILC Dining Halls.

You also get $450 to spend at campus eateries like the Hub Café or participating food retailers including Balzac's, Oakham Café and Ram in the Rye. Purchases are deducted from your flex dollar account in a declining balance.

2. Residence-based meal plans

Pitman Hall, the International Living/Learning Centre (ILC) and the Daphne Cockwell Health Sciences Complex (DCC).

Pitman Hall and ILC residents are automatically enrolled in the 7-day meal plan. Students in DCC are automatically enrolled in the 5-day meal plan but can upgrade to the 7-day meal plan. If you are living in apartment-style units at Pitman Hall, you will be enrolled in the $1,200 declining balance meal plan but can choose the 5-day or 7-day meal plan to supplement your own cooking.
