Available to full-time undergraduate students entering their first year who are brothers, sisters or children of Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo Lutheran University or Waterloo College alumni.

The recipients must have good academic achievement, with demonstrated leadership qualities and participation in school and community activities.
