Awarded annually to an outstanding high school student entering the Political Science program (minimum 80% admission average required); award established in 1996 by Political Science.
Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents (landed immigrant, including those with protected persons status), who meet OSAP residence requirements and show proven financial need.
