Approximately $1,400 per month, for a 12-month lease.

Room Types

The residence is suite-style, meaning the bathroom and living room are common areas. The options of suites are from 1 single bedroom suites to 4 single bedrooms suites. Suites are fully furnished.

Electricity, heating, and internet are included.

Gym is included with a female-only fitness room.

Room furniture included.

On-site laundry facility.

Meal plan is required, but the cafeteria is on-site.

Residence Guarantee

Parkside Residence operates on a first-come, first-served basis; however, many spots are reserved for UOF students to meet the demand.

Deposit Required

A deposit equivalent to the last month's rent is required for reserving a room at Parkside.

Meal Plans

Meal plans are required to use the cafeteria at Parkside and cost approximately $825 per month. Lunches to-go and meals suitable for various dietary preferences are available.
